Conference Registration Fees

*Reduced rate for members of the Royal Institute of Public Health and the Coalition for Public Health Action (Chartered Institute of Environmental Health, Faculty of Public Health, Royal Society for Health and UK Public Health Association)

The registration fee includes:

• Access to conference sessions and poster area
• Abstract book available at the conference and conference documentation
• Lunch and mid-session refreshments as scheduled in the conference programme
• Welcome Reception
• Special issue of the journal Public Health

Oral and Poster Presenter Registration Deadline

Oral and poster authors should register no later than 16 March 2007 in order to ensure that their material is included in the final program and the book of abstracts. Non-registered posters will be withdrawn from the conference after this date.

Payment

Registration fees are payable in advance of the conference.

In order to expedite the registration process, please complete the registration form with your credit card details. Confirmation of your credit card payment along with registration confirmation documents will be sent to you by (air)mail. If you do not receive confirmation of your registration 7 days prior to the event, please contact the conference secretariat.

Alternative payment methods
Cheques should be made payable to Elsevier and should be sent with your completed registration form. In order to pay by bank transfer, you will first require an invoice. An invoice will be sent to you by airmail upon receipt of a signed registration form completed with your contact details and registration details. The reverse side of the invoice provides Elsevier bank account details for transfer purposes. Please do not transfer fees until you have received your invoice. It is essential that you include your invoice number when instructing your bank. Please forward a copy of the bank transfer documentation to the conference secretariat.

Cancellations

Substitutions may be made at any time but please advise the Conference Secretariat of a change of name. If you find it necessary to cancel the registration completely, please notify the Conference Secretariat immediately. Provided written notice is received by 30 March 2007, a full refund will be give less a 10% administration charge. Provided written notice is received by 13 April 2007 a 50% refund will be given. It is regretted for registrations cancelled after 13 April 2007 or for no-shows at the conference, the full fee (100% cancellation charges) will be payable.

In the unlikely event that Elsevier shall deem it necessary to cancel the conference, all pre-paid registration fees will be reimbursed.

Elsevier shall not be liable for reimbursing the cost of travel or accommodation arrangements made by individual delegates.

Changes

Details are correct at the time of going to print. Elsevier reserves the right to change any session in the final programme.
